SECTION 20 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We use tracking and delivery confirmation to ensure orders reach the address provided. Once the carrier confirms delivery, our responsibility ends.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for loss or delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please file a claim with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, contact operations@thestickery.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

SECTION 21 - CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT, CUSTOM FILES, SCANNING & LIABILITY

If you provide Decorus Printing LLC, Decorus Art, The Stickery, or any related business name with any images, artwork, designs, logos, photographs, digital files, physical originals, documents, text, or other content for the purpose of quoting, printing, scanning, digitizing, enlarging, reproduction, finishing, framing, mounting, signage, stickers, apparel, or other production work, that material is considered “Customer Content.”

Customer Content may be submitted by website upload, intake form, email, WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, file-sharing link, text message, physical media, in-person drop-off, or any other delivery method.

By submitting Customer Content, you affirm that:

• You own the Customer Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and approvals to use, reproduce, print, scan, digitize, enlarge, modify, finish, or otherwise produce the Customer Content.
• The Customer Content does not infringe on any third party’s copyright, trademark, license, privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights, intellectual property rights, or any other legal protections.
• The Customer Content does not violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, obscenity, defamation, privacy, publicity, export, or other applicable laws.
• You authorize Decorus Printing LLC, Decorus Art, The Stickery, and their employees, contractors, vendors, and production partners to use the Customer Content solely as necessary to quote, produce, fulfill, document, communicate about, and complete the requested order or project.

Customer-supplied files and artwork are produced from the materials provided unless additional design, editing, retouching, color correction, file rebuilding, proofing, scanning, digitizing, or prepress work is specifically quoted in writing. Color, brightness, contrast, texture, paper tone, scale, cropping, sharpness, resolution, and detail may vary between screens, scans, photographs, original artwork, proofs, and final printed output.

For physical artwork scanning, digitizing, enlargement, or reproduction, Decorus Printing LLC generally accepts original artwork submitted by the artist or copyright owner. We may decline third-party artwork, purchased prints, limited editions, Etsy artwork, posters, photographs, branded content, celebrity images, characters, or artwork created by another artist, even when the customer states that permission has been granted.

By submitting Customer Content, you agree to assume full legal responsibility for its use and to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Decorus Printing LLC, Decorus Art, The Stickery, their owners, employees, contractors, vendors, production partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, legal fees, settlement costs, or other expenses arising from:

• Alleged or actual infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
• Violations of any law or regulation.
• Disputes concerning ownership, authorship, licensing, permissions, or rights related to the Customer Content.
• Claims arising from the production, reproduction, modification, printing, scanning, digitizing, enlargement, finishing, framing, mounting, or use of the Customer Content as requested by the customer.

Decorus Printing LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, pause, cancel, or require additional documentation for any order involving Customer Content that we believe may be unlawful, infringing, inappropriate, misrepresented, outside the customer’s rights, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. Payment, proof approval, file submission, artwork submission, or written approval to proceed constitutes acceptance of this Section and all applicable custom production terms.
