Every order is made with care (and a sprinkle of Florida sunshine) by our small but mighty crew who print, press, and pack everything right here in-house. We’re not some faceless factory—we’re dreamers, doers, and design-obsessed makers who love helping small businesses look polished, professional, and totally unforgettable.

Shane Lorenz
Founder & COO
Shane and Natalie founded The Stickery with one goal—to help small brands stick out in big ways. After years of working in design, staging, and tech, they saw how hard it was for micro-businesses to get high-quality, custom branding without the stress or big-company prices. So they built The Stickery as a creative playground where stickers, signage, shirts, and embroidery all come together under one fun, flexible roof.
Shane leads with equal parts vision and problem-solving superpower. His background in Silicon Valley—at places like Facebook, eBay, and ServiceNow—taught him how to turn complex challenges into simple, beautiful solutions (and now he applies that magic to vinyl instead of code).
Known for his sharp eye, big ideas, and can-do spirit, Shane has helped shape The Stickery into a brand built on creativity, reliability, and heart. When he’s not in the shop, you’ll find him behind a camera, spending time with family, or tinkering with cars—because makers never really stop making.
Natalie Lorenz
Founder and CEO
Natalie is the creative force behind The Stickery, where bold ideas and small-business dreams come to life—one sticker (or t-shirt, or sign!) at a time. An international award-winning home staging expert, speaker, and media contributor, she’s been featured on NBC, CBS, Cheddar, CW, Elle Décor, and Authority Magazine. Recognized as “America’s Home Staging Expert,” she’s been named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging five years in a row by RESA.
As the founder of multiple 7-figure design brands, including Decorus Home Staging and Casa Novay Design, Natalie brings a unique mix of artistry, strategy, and real-world experience to everything she creates. Her vision for The Stickery was simple: to make high-quality, custom branding—like stickers, signage, and apparel—accessible, fun, and personal for micro-businesses and makers everywhere.
Originally from South Africa, Natalie now calls Florida home, where she lives with her husband, two kids, and a house full of creative energy. Whether designing a luxury space or helping a small brand “stick out,” she believes great design should always feel personal, joyful, and beautifully made.
Kendall Abney- Parks
The Glue
Kendall is the steady hand that keeps The Stickery running smoothly—making sure every sticker, sign, and shirt gets out the door with care (and maybe a little confetti). With a background in luxury home staging, interior design, and operations, she’s a master at turning creative chaos into seamless experiences.
Equal parts organizer and creative thinker, Kendall builds the systems that help small brands shine—ensuring every order feels easy, personal, and perfectly on-brand. She’s the calm in the storm, the go-to problem-solver, and the one making sure everything sticks right on schedule.
When she’s not keeping The Stickery humming, you’ll find her traveling, reading, or exploring her artistic side—whether it’s pottery, architecture, or design.
