Refund policy

All sales are final.

All products at The Stickery are made-to-order. This means each item is custom printed just for you — we do not carry inventory or accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or order changes after purchase.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact operations@thestickery.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.

Proof Approval Disclaimer

For custom and/or volume printing orders, a digital proof will be sent for approval before printing begins.

Once a proof is approved, we cannot cancel, change, or replace the order — even if the issue originated from the submitted artwork. Please review all proofs carefully before approving.

Color & Monitor Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Every monitor displays color differently, and we cannot guarantee exact color matching between digital previews and printed results.

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to screen-to-print color differences or monitor inaccuracies.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they leave our facility.

  • All orders include tracking.
  • If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Cancellations & Exchanges

Because each item is printed on demand, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges once your order is placed.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Required Clause)

If you are located in the European Union and your order is not customized or made-to-order, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, since all Stickery products are printed on demand, this clause does not apply to the majority of our orders.
